My 9 year old has started to get spots. Any skincare advice?

Just that really, she has a good diet and drinks plenty water so coupled with the fact she's started to smell very sweaty, I think it's hormonal. She's pretty self conscious, just wondered if there were any skincare products out there aimed at this kind of age? I don't want anything with harsh chemicals in, so natural brands.

Keep it simple she is very young. I would use a mild facial wash such as Simple and for outbreaks I would put a little sudo cream on them at night.
