Clarins it's really nice. I also like origins and really like their tinted moisturiser too.

I had been using L'oreal Revitalift 10 BB cream which I liked and have recently changed to garnier which I like also.

I got a free sample of the Clinique CC cream and also their moisture surge which I think is similar to a BB cream, but wasn't overly impressed.

Bobbi Brown although I am a novice at Bb creams but have v pale skin and have always been a foundation junkie (never without foundation even in my 20's and used to reapply another layer over a morning application).

The Bobbi Brown BB cream has stopped all that, it's a much lighter touch and my skin is sooo much better - to the point of being asked how I make my skin look so nice!

It runs dark though.
So if in doubt go lighter.

What actually is BB cream? I bought some in Quality Save because I'm a sheep but it just seems like foundation to me. Is it meant to do something? It feels a bit thick to me but I switched from foundation to tinted moisturiser a few years ago so that could be why.

It's generally a shiny tarted up tinted moisturiser.

the garnier one

Garnier for me too, it makes me all glowy and looks good on my dry skin

Ginvera, its fab and makes my skin look like I've actually had some sleep.

Ninja - I've never heard of ginvera, is there somewhere that stocks it so I could try it out?

evelynj Sun 09-Mar-14 19:00:50

Boots botanics-love it-many threads about it on here!

Tarte BB cream/primer. Amazing.

Rookie janiro.co.uk sell it. Think they do a travel/sample size so you can try before you buy.

rookiemater Sun 09-Mar-14 19:58:38

Thanks ninja - might try that out.

THIS Garnier one. Don't be distracted by the newer variations, thus is the original one and it's the business. I tried the oily/combo one and it was crap.

piratecat Sun 09-Mar-14 21:51:00

thats the one i use too.

hugoagogo Sun 09-Mar-14 21:58:46

I like the superdrug one as the light actually is light, unlike the garnier which looks full on oompa loompa on me. grin

I've just started using the avon cc cream and really like it. It smells a bit odd, not horrible but unusual, think it might be the SPF 50 stuff in it. It blends well and my skin looks better with it on, after three days I've noticed my black heads on my nose are clearing up which is an added bonus!
