"Nan heels" e.g. Boden Edie/Patsy but less £££?

I need to smarten myself up, and I love the pointy toe heels look but have a badly healed broken toe which rules out proper heels.

I love the Boden Edie and Patsy block heels (Edies and similar can be seen here) but they sold out in my size without ever reaching a price I could afford.

Ideally I want red, navy, dark grey or black. Has anyone seen anything similar which doesn't cost the earth?

Those are nice, although I had set my heart on a pointy toe (I am not hard to please, honestly).

These are very nearly it, though - a v slightly higher heel would be perfect but I may investigate.

Ah, sorry, thought you didn't want pointy because of your toe!

Pointy is OK if it's low - the big toe is the problem, so any angle that puts weight on the ball of the foot and first joint hurts like hell. A low ish heel seems to be OK regardless of shape; any height and ouch.

Not a problem usually - rarely wear anything i can't run for a train in - but sometimes would be nice to be stylish.

Black, patent, block heel, bit pointed:

There's usually a Debenhams code to get some money off too.

these?

They're pointier IRL than they look on here.

These are quite nice too but they're not one of your colours:

Well, these are so nice I've just ordered them! Purple but that goes with more than you might think:

Thank you all, some great suggestions Thanks

The Faith ones are lovely, but those Joe ones from Topshop are exactly what I was wanting. Now I need to try them on as even those little heels might be too high.

Will report back.

These are a bit lower, but very cheap in navy:

These are slightly less blocky but again cheap (Hush Puppies, black):

I have tiny feet so round toes make them look even smaller thank you OP for alerting me to this trend.

Sillybones, I bloody love you - I just refreshed the page for some reason, the only size in stock was mine and the order has gone through! If they arrive, and if they fit, they're £40 cheaper than the Boden ones that I was seriously considering shelling out for.

ThanksThanksThanksThanksThanksThanks

They've got loads of block heels in m&s at the mo. I've just picked some up in store and there is 20% off all shoes - offer available online too. Pair of shoes for £20? Yes please!
