Recommend me a moisturiser please

My face has always been very dry and sensitive; last time I was pregnant it got slightly less dry and now I'm pregnant again I think it's finally 'normal'! My usual go to moisturisers are Oilatum, Burt's Bees or Liz Earle for dry skin but they're all too heavy now and I'm getting a few spots for pretty much the first time in my life.

I'm on a budget and I don't need an SPF as I like to have one moisturiser for day and night and I add SPF (Clarins usually) over the top for day.

Any recommendations for normal but still quite sensitive skin that's in flux and doesn't have a lot of money at the mo?

I think Steam Cream is lovely - gentle and light with a lovely smell of aromatherapy oils.

Thanks for the recommendation-I've seen it in Boots and never quite known what it is! The name suggests some kind of skin treatment.

I've been using aveeno, mostly because I had run out and it was all there was in the house - I got it for dd's exczema after a recommendation on here. My skin is the best it's been for years, I haven't been able to wear makeup for years and now I can.

I'm a big fan of steamcream. It's light and doesn't cause red patches like most other moisturisers do on my skin. Cocnut oil (raw, virgin, organic) is also pretty good too.

I'm using an argan oil anti ageing moisturiser from Arganorganics. I found it on amazon while looking for argan oil products for my hair.

Anyway, it's lovely, really light and soaks in instantly. It makes my skin glow. I'm on my third jar. It's a little expensive for me at £14.99 and I went a few weeks before Christmas without it. When I used it again, it felt like my skin did a massive sigh of relief!! I now have a stock ( thanks to endless hinting on the run up to Christmas!)

Well, Boots had no steam cream and no Aveeno face cream which were the ones that I liked the sound of-rubbish! I went for La Roche Posay Toleriane which is for normal-combination sensitive skin. Seems nice so far! Thanks for all the suggestions

Steam cream sounds good - might try it, given the recommendations. I have sensitive, eczema-prone skin and the moisturiser that works for me is Celestial by Lush. It also does as an eye cream, as it's not too heavy.

Sorry, missed the question, just the tube of aveeno dd had on prescription, not specifically a face cream. Has a green tag/ label. I can't be more exact because I've run out! Good luck with the steam cream, sounds nice.

I'm sold on loreal revitalift! Never thought I would be, but was given some by a friend and decided to try it out.
Whilst not a great products snob am somewhat gullible, and as a result I've previously spent >£100 on moisturizer in my better off days. I have been v pleasantly surprised! In all honesty the loreal cream feels as rich and gives as good a coverage for me.

Steam cream is good - and handy for travelling since you can also use it as a creamy cleanser.
