Morning ruby. I've just been browsing but nothing has really caught my eye. Dh is going on about having a frugal month so probably best that I haven't seen anything.

Morning everyone! Happy Boxing Day! We had a great Christmas. Dh got me the three gifts I really wanted but wasn't allowed to tell him as he likes to guess- black Ugg bootsGrin, the Now 86 CD (it's a Christmas tradition!), and a book. He also got me a gorgeous Mulberry purse as he said my Gucci one looking a bit tatty. His Christmas card was super soppy and inside were three blank "cheques" - One for a new dressing room, new bathroom and new kitchen. it's a promise that I can have any designer and spend anythingi want and he won't moan. a priceless giftGrin

Dsis got me lovely earrings and db a lovely Karen Millen sweater. So similar to one I was checking out at the weekend that it was uncanny. He has fantastic taste in clothes and accessories and I always look forward to seeing what he's got me.

The dcs were very happy all day which was fab. There were a lot of bubbles yesterday!

Morning. Lovely fresh edition thanks QueenC.

We were fast asleep when the cleaners turned up ha! Thought they'd be off today. Now having a big breakfast in cafe.

I think I'll stick with online sales for the moment.

Ah novice. So lucky. We've just treated ourselves to shiny new built in wardrobe. And shiny new ensuite. Ensuite isn't finished yet despite being started in November. Be aware that no matter how long you think it'll take, it'll actually take longer.

Dh was good yesterday. I was given a voucher for new underwear. A lot of new underwear. Have been moaning that I want nice new bras for ages. He felt it was safer to buy the voucher and let me choose my own. We've had issues previously. Wrong size wrong style too scratchy....

Other lovely things included Jo Malone candles and perfume. Some lovely lovely cashmere bed socks. A lovely white co bathrobe. (With a hood. I feel like a Jedi when wearing it). And. Some delicious locally made darker than normal dark chocolate. Yum. Not for sharing.

Morning all. Lovely new edition for the New Year, good stuff.
I feel as though I am going mad. DM bought DS a Thomas Train which makes the MOST irritating noises and it is driving me mad already! The joys of Christmas.
Gifts sound great everyone. Linus poor you. How's he doing today?
No more sales purchases for me (other than what I bought from NaP).
Marsha is the jumper going back?

Morning!!!! Huge lie in.....I went to bed with a hangover that's a really horrible feeling .
Welcome Em sounds like you had a great Christmas.
I ordered this top
another pair of these am I odd to have 2? Just a great basic I can now relocate to day wear and save a pair for "nice"
these in khaki
I tried the top on a while ago after seeing a gf in it and looking amazing. Not sure it's "me" because I tend to go fitted, but will have another go. This thread has encouraged me to not get too stuck in my rut. We'll see.

Ruby....a sales gift! I should have said that I got it from Selfridges at 50% discount so paid £797 for it.Grin

Also got http://www.selfridges.com/en/Womenswear/Categories/SALE/Dresses/Long-sleeved-colour-block-dress_168-82052654-FEMME/ this Maxmara coat

this sequinned jumper

maje jumper

these shoes - db gave me the purple version for Christmas a few years ago

Finally, these ballerina pumps

I have hunted for my maxmara coat everywhere but can't find it. Also russell & Bromley aren't doing their sale online by the looks of it and the shoe boots there are what I really want.

And, having a slight panic as the robe I was getting for dsis has sold out, so might need to run into town on the way to pils for Christmas Day part 2!

Eek, epic post!

Lovely lovely PS13 Novice. Great taste.

I have some MaxMara and SportsMax. A Sportsmax black overcoat in mercurised cotton and a camel skirt from MaxMara. A really dependable label and they last.

I didn't get clothes this year (really prefer getting my own) but got a bottle of Felanilla perfume (current favourite) and E Coudray coconut and a jacinthe bath and shower cream in glass tubs. Super luxe alongside the other goods. DH paid for my Pour La Victoire snakeskin brogues which I sneakily wore last week! I bought Mechante Loupe aftershave for DH from L'Artisan Parfumeur as an extra treat (which I might borrow). He usually wears Givenchy Pi which is THE most delicious smell ever on a man says me.

Oh and I got a leather cuff and leather A4 sized wallet/clutch in tangerine from Merci Paris too. Smile

Have gone off-piste and ordered this Marc by MJ as a possible replacement. Last one in my size so felt it was fate!

Hi all,
Since arriving in South Korea back in the summer I have been AWOL...but I'm back and ready to get back into the swing of things again.

Sounds like you all had a fabulous Christmas.

Will be back shorty after catching up.
