I need a silver/pewter clutch bag before christmas to go with my dress. I have nothing suitable and don't want to wear black with it. Argh, everything in the high street shops here just looks cheap and nasty even though cheap is what I need. Help?!?!

Haha love the round up Dry.

I just came on here as Netflix do not do any of the nice ones mentioned. No September Issue or the other one. Bah.

So have been tidying for cleaner and changing sheets so might go to bed instead.

Bet you STILL look chic in pjs!

Marsha I'd get in bed. I always wash sheets when DH is away, so love having freshly washed preferably dried outside sheets on the bed all to myself selfish

Love the round up. I vote dry sets them up everytime. Love the glass half full intro too. Pats dry on the back in semi patronising manner.
So what are your London visit plans? When you go to jcrew can you take a look at this for me and report back?

Lol Dry, good round up! Sadly, my newly depleted funds wouldn't stretch to a grain of the gorgeous diamond. I am fairly sure it won't be in my Christmas stocking!

I got home to find the new Lakeland and Wempe catalogues waiting for me. Very happy!

Can I add to the questions? Does anyone have a drying cabinet? I am thinking of getting one for the utility/laundry room. I am v fussy about clothes care (weird) and just want to know if anyone has one?

Quick hello! I bought a wide tartan scarf from TK maxx recently. Worth a look if you are passing. It is wool and an Italian make I have not heard of. It is lovely and soft. It is sort of beigy and cream colours but a darker coloured one with navy/green/burgundyish shades would also be nice. Foxy that Plumo scarf is a beauty but ouch at the price!

I have been good and returned the pink Cos jumper, the colour did nothing for my skin tone made me look all washed out although it was gorgeous.
Have not bought much recently apart from a really lovely Ganni peach fine knit jumper from TK Max for £16, original price £90! Peach is a really good colour for me so am pleased with my bargain.

No I don't have one wonders what it is just tumble drier, indoor and outdoor washing line. Does the arrival of the new catalogue mean another cleaning product splurge Novice Wink

Yep shop I'll check it out for you. What are your exact requirements?
I don't have too many plans.......last time we went to check out Victoria's Secrets that had just opened overwhelming, too much neon so far all I really want to see is the new jCrew, my old work place for old time sake, have a nice lunch planned and perhaps a mooch on South Molton st or should we try Marylebone High st (some of you have mentioned it)....I do always love a sweep through Selfridges bag dept champ bar too

Dry chunky knit, either cream (a proper yellowy white), tomato red (an orangey red) or marine navy / petrol blue. Roll neck or crew neck. If roll neck, not too tight to the neck but not cowl neck either. Can be cable knit or just chunky. High wool content, not scratchy, hand washable ideally not dry clean only. Fussy fussy fussy.
