Diagnose my colours? Pic included

Tried before without a pic but a threat with pics has many replies so here goes!

This is not my natural colour btw natural is a dark mousey or golden brown,I think but can't remember!

One photo is in sunlight the other is in normal lighting/bit of shade in case the sun makes shows slight colour difference in skin?

Sorry but to a stranger (ie, me) your photos look like two different people in terms of colour analysis.

This is the reason why a real life consultation is necessary because colours pick up nuances on the skin tone that a photo can't replicate.

I'm not a colour consultant btw, it just seems common-sense

On the first photo you look amazing with that hair so nice and warm, on the second picture you look that you should get some sun bath:)

Soft Autumn is my best guess because you have warm hair and can pull off that red but you have a soft look about you in terms of skin tone/eyebrows/eyes. Neutral leaning warm.

As has been said over and over on S & B it's just impossible to do this accurately from a picture. Honestly. A good friend of mine paid for an online analysis and sent loads of pictures to supposed "experts" and was completely unconvinced by the result, so much so that she then paid for a proper real life analysis with hoC and Lo and behold the online one was completely wrong. If you can afford it I really highly recommend the experience, it's brilliant.

I'd have said an autumn. Does gold or silver jewellery suit you more? If gold then you have warm colouring, if silver, then cool colouring.

Black,white and beige (in my opinion,could just be because I hate beige!),pastel colours are a no no,coral seems to age me in clothing (make up not so much),purples are hit and miss

Have you looked at pinterest soft autumn? They have a couple of wine reds in the palette.

Beige can be yellow,pink or neutral in tone and pastels can be icy or greyed.

Sounds like Winter and Spring are out of the equation but you sound like you can pull warm. Have a look around the various autumn palettes.

With your last post you eliminated every single season! There really is no way to do it online, a RL draping is the only way to know, otherwise you're as well off picking a palette you like the look of - things will look better for being co-ordinated, even if not best for you.

Not exactly, but you've certainly said colours from every season don't suit you - it's why it can only be done by siting in front of a mirror with colours and work out what is dislike, what is lack of confidence and what is amazing.

And also, in a you say tom-ay-to I say tom-ah-to way, what I would call wine red isn't a warm (autumn) colour, it's either a winter or summer one, depending on intensity. So one persons view of a colour description might be different from someone else's.

In the first pic you look like a natural red head with warm skin. In the second you look very cool and soft. Try sitting in front of a mirror in natural light and holding bright white material up to your face, then a yellowy warm cream. If the cream makes you look ill and brings out the shadows under your eyes, and makes your jawline look blurry and undefined, then you're cool (and vice versa).

But you might only be able to see the difference if you lean strongly towards cool or warm.

I'll try the paper thing in a bit.

Just looked in natural light outside,with no paper,and while I am pale (lol) there is a hint of a golden Tone.My skin seems to change with light though and at times I can be bright white hmm!

I've often passed for a natural redhead though.

Maybe I've also been washing myself out for years with colours?Foundation is always a pain too

Online/self diagnosis is very hard esp for those who are not right in the middle of their season. This is why HoC consultations take place in rooms with lots of natural light and all the drapes have been precision dyed. Your hair would be covered and there is a no make up rule.

As someone has said, if you don't want to pay for a proper consultation, just pick a season you like and go with it.

Also there are pastels in each seasons as well as strong colours - each colour is given a rating (both in terms of how great you look in it and also how much of your outfit you can wear in that colour).
