It's a bit flipping good,isn't it? Shock

Why did none of you vipers tell me about it before Wink

On sale in Boots atm for £6.99. It's really good and I hate liquid foundations usually and normally use mineral powder. I don't even need to use concealor over my redness -amazing and unheard of!

I'm impressed so far, let's see how long it lasts and if it turns orange or patchy but so far so good. Oh and I applied with Real Techniques brush , I did it using fingers first and it looked awful but the brush made all the difference.

I agree! I couldn't see what the fuss was about, because it made my pink skin look very yellowy, but applied with the Real Techniques Face brush... amazing.

Is that different to the Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum? That's what I use and it's fab too!

Yes, different to the serum one but in the same range. I ummed and ahhed about the serum one but decide against it. as the other one was cheaper

Hipper - I think the yellowness counteracts the redness well but looks dire applied with fingers or a sponge!

The concealor looked interesting too, might have a look next time I am in there, I ran out of time today.

Keen to try this but they won't give a sample will they? I usually always try a sample to see effect in all lights. Did you just have a quick try and go for the one that looked the best?

I know I am NW20 in Mac so I googled ' What shade Healthy Mix for NW20 skin?' and up came a very helpful review. There were samples in Boots and I put some on my jaw - went outside with my compact mirror, had a look and went back in and bought the one that looked best.Really useful to know your Mac shade as many reviewers use it as a comparison ime.

Try googling using your colour shade in YSL and see what comes up.

Well I'm pretty impressed it stayed put while I cooked the tea in our steamy kitchen and I still like the colour.

If - Try putting the shade and make of foundation you use in here and it should tell you what shade you are in every foundation. www.findation.com/

I'm going to try the foundation with a brush now as when I tried it I wasn't too impressed with it. Didn't think to try using a brush.

The stipple brushes are the best ime tons better than the flat foundation brushes which are next to useless imho.

I've got the £9.99 face brush - best brush I've ever had. (Blimey, they're even cheaper in the US...)

The whole set is only 20 quid iirc, so a real bargain.

Have really got the hang of it this morning and it took no time at all to apply - I've been using Mineral foundations for years so I had to stop and think how to do it yesterday but today was fine. I used less on the brush and did one side of my face at a time to compare the difference - the colour is REALLY good. Used a tiny bit of Bare Minerals concealer which seemed to go on really well over the top. Very tempted to get the Healthy Mix concealer as well!

What are the colours like? There seemed to be only 3, do they run very light? I'm usually a medium.
