My sister has asked for a nice face stub for her birthday, but I haven't a clue! She has combination skin, is mid-forties and my budget is up to £20.

TIA.

St Ives.

I've tried others but think this one works best.

You need Clinique exfoliating scrub. So scratchy, and menthol - never has my face felt so like a layer of skin has been removed fresh!

Clinique Exfoliating scrub is amazing!! Best exfoliator ever. And I've tried a few in my time

Benefit one is nice

Minty fresh sounds interesting, will also check out Benefit.
I love St Ives stuff, but think my sister is thinking luxury brand, something she wouldn't buy herself, thank you though.

No7 Dermabrasion one is really good - as well as the soap and glory scrub Smile

Dermalogica exfoliant is damn good and about right for the budget I reckon

Origins never a dull moment is excellent. Its just over 20 pounds though, but lasts a very long time. The Clinique one is also good, but I found it a little too harsh for my skin.

Not a luxury one really, but Angels on Bare Skin by Lush is fabulous, I'm mid 40s with sensitive skin and many are too harsh, but this is gentle yet incredibly effective.

The Clinique one is really very good.

Alpha H Micro cleanse. It's 15% glycolic and has the scratchy bits in too.

Boots Botanics Micro Dermabrasion is very good and not expensive. But you would want something more luxury for a present, Clinique is fab.

Clinique 7 day scrub is my favourite too. Not too scratchy and based in a really gloopy cream.

The 7 day scrub is different from the exfoliating scrub. I have combination skin and MUCH prefer the latter, as when you've got manly clogged pores you need something super scratchy. The 7 day scribe just doesn't cut it!

If you clean with a hot flannel you only then need to use a chemical exfoliant such as Liquid Gold. Much better than scratchy facial scrubs.

Thank you all for the further recommendations, I will do some more research tonight.

Disco, love the typo!
