There was a thread about this dress ages ago, and I've just noticed they're doing it again this year in some other colours including a v nice purple and navy. I've worn my grey and blue ones to death! So useful and flattering.

do you have to be really slim to carry that off? I'm still trying to get rid of pregnancy weight and have a quite a few lumps :(

Want!

It's rubbish being too pregnant for normal clothes!

Dammit no size 10s in navy left! I bought the one recommended last year and have worn it loads so would love another in another colour.

Oooh I want this too! Is it nice quality? Seems quite cheap, does it wash and wear well? I've only ever bought one thing from asos and it was nasty fabric so I returned it...

Yes it's great quality, well, the original version was anyway. I've washed it loads, no bobbles or signs of wear, keeps its shape and its 100% cotton. mumtosp no you don't have to be really slim, it's a really flattering shape and hides lumps and bumps! As long as you don't mind showing off your legs :) Prob not great with a v large bust but I'm a 30E and it's fine.

Does it have pockets, this is my one stipulation for winter dresses

Report
YellowbelliedSapsucker · 19/09/2013 22:08

No pockets I'm afraid!

mumtosp it's not very long in the body so I'd worry the waist would be in the wrong place with big boobs - but it's free returns so you can always try it and see.

What are ASOS sizes like? I'm a 30E too, size 10 in Next/FatFace etc but those shops all come up large.

Report
YellowbelliedSapsucker · 19/09/2013 22:24

Normal sizing wriggle, not big like Next, I got my usual size 8.

Thanks Yellow, a 12 would probably be the best bet then.

Do you reckon I could get away with this if I'm an apple shape? I don't normally do belts..
