A hundred million miles nicer.

The silk and wool ones (reduced from £72) are gorgeous, I have two already, huge, light, incredibly soft and really, really warm.

I'm tempted by this one. Do you think it would be really sparkly though?

The silk and wool ones are gorgeous, the cotton ones no different from the average cotton scarf IME.

Is there anywhere that sells a wider range of the silk / wool ones? None of those listed at ASOS are going to be great for me. The starry one looks gorgeous but I look so haggard w black next to my face, I wish they did a deep navy version.

And has anyone seen any other beautiful printed silk/ wool scarves? I'm a bit done with modal and viscose (floppy within no time) and I'm not doing polyester. Is it just me or is there a real gap in the market for these?

Bunny I've seen them on Atterley Road, The Dressing Room, Plumo, Red Direct and I'm sure other places.

As for others, I got a beautiful one from Cos last year, so I'd say keep an eye out for slightly higher end High Street and indy stores.

Thanks GobblersKnob! I like the scarves but can't justify full price. Just ordered the black and burgundy one.

I spotted this this morning as I was rushing out of the door and snapped up to teal silk/wool version. Its my birthday soon so will probably be reimbursed by the next person who asks what I would like!

Thanks, I washed and dried my last one by accident and it came out as a little rag.

bunny you've tried Lily&Lionel, right? I have also spied some delicious ones in Matches Blush [scarf addict]

I also like the scarves in Massimo Dutti , very wafty and light and soft

Report

Yes, cafecito, I have a Lily & Lionel modal scarf. The print is divine, but it goes floppy. I have starched it, but it doesn't stay full all day. But I will look at their new season scarves to see if there is wool/silk.

For anyone who likes a vibrant print and is happy w modal /viscose, John Lewis have some gorgeous ones in their own brand for £70.

I look every season at Massimo Dutti, too, but sometimes their scarves are a bit drab for me. I will continue to keep an eye out, including on their men's scarves.
