Get thee to ASOS

Lovely scarfy bargains

cafecito Thu 29-Aug-13 18:57:22

ah bunny I imagine you might like the cashmere ones in Thomas pink yes I spend all my money on random scarves

sometimes the oliver bonas ones are good

InMyShreddies Thu 29-Aug-13 19:04:28

I'm a massive fan - I have a 100% wool aubergine stars one and a silk/wool navy and teal leopard one. If you google Becksondergaard a load of different online boutiques come up - there are quite a few sales around. I got the stars one back in Feb from Thou Shalt Covet £85 down to £42.50 and it's just gorgeous. Other one came from a Belgian boutique the name of which escapes me.

Allthingspretty Thu 29-Aug-13 19:09:55

I got one recently that is featured on Asos for less than a tenner in TK Maxx!I see them there quite regularly.

GobblersKnob Thu 29-Aug-13 19:35:28

Oooh, I have had a few from TK Maxx, but never for less than £16, well done.

Allthingspretty Thu 29-Aug-13 19:36:58

It was a cotton one for under a tenner

cafecito Thu 29-Aug-13 19:41:03

Wow that is good!

Bit £ but I present to you... mercy delta sale scarves

Allthingspretty Thu 29-Aug-13 19:52:34

Cafe <shakes fist> darn you! I have enough scarves as it is without you posting a link to those gorgeous scarves!

bunnymother Thu 29-Aug-13 20:18:10

Oooh look at those Meecu Delta scarves! Gorgeousness!

I have an Oliver Bonas scarf, but lately it's all polyester.

As soon as I can finally get the DDs to sleep, I will pour me a wine and do a little Internet shop. Whilst thanking the Gods that its only a week until nursery and school go back.

Laska42 Thu 29-Aug-13 23:11:54

cafecito That is just cruelty... why do I only like the one that is £165 ? sad

I love those scarves. Do you think the black/burgundy wool is too dark for a pale-skinned redhead? I don't know what to do with teal sad

noddyholder Fri 30-Aug-13 00:57:26

Ordered the blue thanks, got one for Xmas last year lovely quality and colour

cafecito Fri 30-Aug-13 02:03:05

blush sorry naughty links!

I would think burgundy on a red head looks great, I have a very pale friend like this (dark red hair) nearly always wears burgundy

cafecito Fri 30-Aug-13 02:03:59

though teal is a brilliant colour for redheads too..

oh no this thread made me do bad things.. lily&lionel for Twenty8Twelve 1/2 price in their sale store in a 'marble' green

It looks like monet has sneezed on it, in a good way. It was too pretty to leave there

ah double posting!

Jam, do you like your scarves?

bunnymother Fri 30-Aug-13 21:33:17

I dragged DH through the scarf section of Liberty tonight. Loveliness. Some incredible scarves, esp some of the Alexander McQueens.

Total contrast to John Lewis' scarf section - miles of mediocrity.

cafecito Fri 30-Aug-13 21:40:51

oh bunny I sometimes deliberately walk through the scarf section! It is beautiful wafty prettiness scarfaddict

bunnymother Fri 30-Aug-13 21:54:29

If only this company made big scarves... http://www.betafashion.com/p-257-midnight-garden.aspx

bunnymother Fri 30-Aug-13 21:55:16

It was a lovely look around we had, and even DH was impressed with some of them.
