searching for black cotton jersey maxi dress

Left it a bit late but really want one for holiday. Not one of those straight up and down ones, but the kind that has a big, pleated or ruched wide waist band, and is then floaty in the skirt (not clingy round the bum.)

Also - just to be difficult - not strappy bootlaces over shoulders as I don't want to show bra straps. Saw a woman my size (pear shaped 12) in one earlier this year and it really suited her. Thought they'd be everywhere but they're not. Has anyone seen one?
