Beauty products - expensive but worth it

I was inspired by the cheap as chips but beauty gold thread to start an opposite one. I mostly buy cheaper items but I have a few things I splurge on.

So what are your expensive but so worth it beauty buys.

Mine are:

Origins - Drink up intensive overnight mask. I have really dry skin and this is worth the £20 odd I spend on it every few months.

L'anza Healing Strength Shampoo and Conditioner - an eyewatering £25 a bottle but has transformed my previously frazzled, bleached, hair extension ruined hair.

Armani luminious silk foundation - best foundation I've found for me.

For me it was the Chantecaille Just Skin Tinted moisturiser.

And I just realised I bought it last November, have been using it pretty much every day and still have a few days worth left. Not sure how.

Dior creme de rose lip balm. It smells divine, gives my lips moisture without being sticky, and without the gloss of vaseline pink bubbly.

It makes my lips feel plump!

Elemis pro-collagen marine cream without a doubt. Lasts me a long time and has totally reversed some of my fine lines.

Ooh I LOVE Elemis Tri Enzyme Face Wash. It smells milky too

I'd put on my list Philosophy Hope in a Jar for winter
and I've just bought a jar of L'Occitane (in the blue jar) Immortale for summer.

Dior Creme Abricot for the nails. Lovely before bedtime. During the day, it can be a bit too greasy though.
Diorskin Nude foundation. Medium coverage, lasts very well and looks good. And is fine for my oily skin.

Guerlain Le 2 Volume mascara. Lasts well, looks good and doesn't flake on my lashes. And it doesn't give my lashes that dry, brittle feeling that other mascaras MAC I'm looking at you can give.
Guerlain Rouge Automatique and Rouge G lipsticks. Taste of violet which I love. Moisturises, doesn't dry out lips. Wears off nicely and lasts forever. Probably the best or 2nd best lipstick formula I've tried.
Guerlain Meteorites powder pearls. I have quite a few of these - they are good for all over, for highlighting, for blush - everything. Some are a bit too glittery for some purposes though.
Guerlain Khol me pencils - Khols tend to wear off quickly on my lids, but this actually lasts all day. It's soft and very pigmented, so it just glides on.
Guerlain nail polishes - best polishes IMO. Brush is perfectly shaped, one coat is actually enough to give a good coverage and high shine, even in one layer.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Light foundation - lasts all day, even on very hot and humid days. Seems sweat-proof and absorbs oil so my face doesn't look oily or greasy. Light to medium coverage.

Laura Mercier lipstick - I have one in a my lips but better colour, and it lasts well, doesn't dry out my lips and wears off nicely. One of the best lipstick formulas I've tried.

Illamasqua Hydra Veil - it's a moisturising primer. I use it as a moisturiser and it's lovely for summer. Doesn't get oily or greasy, but hydrates well.

Tom Ford lipsticks. Just amazing. Probably as good or better than Guerlain lipsticks - but cost a fortune.

Rodial Glamoxy Snake Mask - I love it, although the smell is a bit too strong.

I've been tempted by the Illamasqua Hydra Veil before, I might give it a try now

Clinique Superpowder pressed powder- used it for yeeeeears and was a bit incredulous to discover last week when buying a new one that the Clinique ladies refer to it as foundation! I also always used Clinique Gentle Light loose powder but it's discontinued.

L'Occitane Divine Cream- I bought my Mum a pot for Christmas and am currently staying with her...I am using it and it really is doing something rather spectacular to my face. (am still slopping the cheap as chips Astral on my neck though!)

Bobbi Brown makeup brushes - I've got some that are almost 20 years old, used daily, washed weekly and still in perfect condition.

De la mer moisturising lotion. Just divine. Have tried other creams but nothing holds a candle to it....

Moroccan oil for hair. Wonder stuff.

Liz Earle sheer tint foundation. Great sheer glowy coverage.

Bobbi brown eyebrow filler and brush.

The Sanctuary Warming Micobrasion Polish - £10 so bit pricy for a scrub but its wonderful. It warms as you rub it and its really sandpapery despite being fine. I like to feel a scrub actually working and you can feel this one.

Clarins Multi-Active Day Cream

Until a few weeks ago I would have said Elemis Tri-Enzyme Peel but then I got a Dermaflannel which works just as well and is going to work out far cheaper in the long run!

I prefer expensive lipstick to cheaper brands as I always end up hating the smell/finish of Revlon, Rimmel etc.

I'll pay the earth for a foundation in the right colour with the right finish. Never found a cheap one that's any good, because they don't go pale enough. I luuuurve Chantecaille Future Skin (££££££ OMG)

Mac eyeliner, powder and blusher.

Mac or Bobbi Brown make up brushes.

OPI/Essie/Nails Inc nail polish.

Cheap face wash, hair products and body lotion are all fine for me.
