But you need to be quick - at least 3 items were taken from my basket before I had chance to check out.

Shocking website. Good price reductions but absolute time waster of a website (from PC not just mobile).

Madamecastafiore · 15/07/2013 11:41

Ooooohhhh got some harem trousers which are great for my preggers tummy and a lot cheaper than Hush.

Thank you.

Trumpton · 15/07/2013 11:52

Ooh ! Tunic, hat, swimsuit and two pairs of soft trousers . Brilliant. Thank you .

Carolra · 15/07/2013 11:52

I didn't find the website that bad aftermay... just bought a £5 pair of trousers - result!

Ujjayi · 15/07/2013 12:08

You're all welcome :)

I bought some harems too Madamecastafiore - the ones that you can either fold over as trousers or pull up as a jumpsuit. And a cushion cover for a bargainous £2.

I really wanted a red jersey maxi skirt (was only a tenner) but it sold out before I checked out.

JazzDalek · 15/07/2013 12:17

Can't check out!! Aaargh!

herecomesthsun · 15/07/2013 13:16

AH. Thank you for this! The "can't check ou" probelm apparently may be because one of the items is sold out, so try refreshing the screen and deleting anything that has sold out (worked for me just now).

blibblibs · 15/07/2013 13:24

Can anyone tell me what the fit is like -I'm a small 12 ( so 10 occasionally 8 in next)

Do I go for 10 or 12 in trousers & jeans?

Ujjayi · 15/07/2013 13:39

Toast is true to size IME.

OP posts:
Keztrel · 15/07/2013 14:32

I'm a small 8 and Toast 8 is massive on me, so I'd size down.

rubylovesshopping · 15/07/2013 15:55

Do they restock when returns arrive?

Pixiepie · 15/07/2013 16:45

Yes, they do restock. its worth checking out again as things may reappear. If something is really sought after though, it never does!
I bought two jersey dresses in my normal size but they may be massive as i think generally the size can be on the large side. Strangely though, i have bought things from this season and the maxi dress i bought is spot on, as is a tunic. The other two things that i got are slightly large but are now sold out in the smaller size. I say it depends largely on the style. Sizing is not consistent. Trousers are true to size generally...or maybe its cause i have a mummy tummy!!! I am a 12 and the 12 fits.

Tigglette · 15/07/2013 18:09

I was out looking for a jacket today to no avail. I've just bought a lovely cream jacket reduced from £175 to £35 - result!

RoooneyMara · 15/07/2013 18:22

I was lucky and on the PC when the email arrived this morning, so got in quick - not like last time when I couldn't check out!

Seem to have ordered a few pairs of cheapy sandals, which is great, and two dresses and a blanket Smile

Only had some of the despatch emails though, I did it in four separate orders, to avoid the taking it out of the basket phenomenon! Toast sales are really stressful.

I wanted the saltwater sandals though if anyone gets any in an 8 and doesn't want them...similarly if I get stuff I can't use, shall I post on here before returning it?

pocketandsweet · 15/07/2013 20:44

And if anyone gets Saltwaters in size 6 and doesn't want PLEASE let me know ( tired and pissed off at chasing them in sales to no avail)

Ujjayi · 15/07/2013 23:12

RooneyMara that is a brilliant idea.

RoooneyMara · 16/07/2013 10:58

Ah I have my uses Grin

By the way has anyone ordered, paid and then had an email to say, sorry, we can't fulfill your order?

I've had 3 despatch emails but not the fourth. and am a bit worried.

Pixiepie · 16/07/2013 15:22

Sometimes they take ages to despatch things. I havent had a dispatch email yet but in the sale, it can take longer. I love the saltwater sandals. I didnt notice they were on sale. I would have loved to have got a pair but i cant justify it as i just bought a pair of DM sandals and Mary janes and think my dh would have flipped!!!

RoooneyMara · 16/07/2013 16:26

I rang them and they said it had been despatched as well it had the summer dresses in! Smile

Can I be cheeky and ask what DMs you got? Mine are falling apart - not sure if any of the Toast ones will do to replace them but if I have to send them back, I'll be looking for something sturdy. DM don't make my old ones any more! [sob]

Pixiepie · 16/07/2013 20:56

Well i bought a pair of black patent ones called clarissa. They are gorgeous and i have had complete strangers asking me where i got my black funky sandals from I also bought a pair of dr martens shore rug cyprus in black. I love both to wear with different things. I love the Clarissa sandals with my spotty wide leg trousers. I think they look edgy. They also look good with leggings.

Pixiepie · 16/07/2013 21:01

Oh i also got my Mary janes. They are red ones. Can you tell im a shoe addict lol??? er..they were in the sale. Havent worn them yet but they are soooo cute!! They are the Kara shoes in bright red broadway. Looking forward to wearing them in the Autumn.
I got my despatch email today too :) Think my two dresses will be here by Thursday. I also ordered a Boden dress too today at £23 and so happy i waited as it had free postage today! It was the linen tunic dress. Not usually my kind of print but i felt like something different! Goodluck with your order. Mine will probably look like a sack on me and be sold on ebay..hee hee...

Laska42 · 16/07/2013 23:14

I got the sunray pleat maxi skirt (£25!) and the Mireille Skirt in red .. never had anything from toast before so looking forward to them arriving..

Tiglette, could you let us know what that cream jacket is like when it arrives?

RoooneyMara · 17/07/2013 13:28

Ok first two have arrived, the beaded flip flops are gorgeous and I usually hate flip flops. The red and green pointy shoes are also beautiful. Gold pumps are ace and the Welsh blanket is a nice colour but is kind of stiff? I think it's meant to be a rug as in floor, not blanket iyswim. and it isn't very big.

So that might be going back.

RoooneyMara · 17/07/2013 13:29

Oh Pixie! sorry I missed your posts, thanks ever so much...will go and look at those! Flowers
