It's quite sleazy you called her willoughbooby.thats not her name

I like her and think she's gorgeous plus I would never get my knickers in a twist about something like this.

However, there was such a rucous(sp) about boob showing dresses that she wore on DOI some years ago that she/her team would have to be fools to think that there wouldn't be any complaints.

So she wanted/is not bothered by the negative comments. Her choice and right. She and the show gained a lot of publicity from it.

awful dress. I think the combined look appears slutty. Lacy, incredibly deep v, short.

You see more flesh on show when walking down the street!!
To be honest if i had breasts as good as that id have them out. Good on her i say. smile

I thought Holly looked lovely; very glam as always, I said to my Hubby at the time I bet people complain about her though, I don't see what fuss is about to be honest. smile

Some of Will.I.Am's clobber is an assult to the eyes but I bet he doesn't get people complaining.

Holly looked gorgeous. And droopy... really ?? confused

I'd have been more impressed if they'd had 139 complaints about how crap the programme was this year instead tbh... grin

RedPencils Thu 27-Jun-13 19:23:53

139 People actually phoned up to complain about her dress? Some people need to get out more.

Funking hell, I can take or leave her but and much less old lady desperate to show off her saggy cleavage). this, really? hmm

139 people out of millions and they apologise hmm

scottishmummy Thu 27-Jun-13 19:09:59

Worthy of complaints on aesthetics yes

madammecholet Thu 27-Jun-13 16:10:03

SAGGY & DROOPY!?! Are you kidding? shock

ProjectGainsborough Thu 27-Jun-13 15:07:43

Oh my god, norks!

Off to complain to MN HQ.

I was watching this with my husband on Saturday night and asked him if he thought she looked sexy, he said no as it was much too obvious , he finds jeans and a tight quite t shirt more sexy as it leaves more to the imagination.

It's a horrible dress, it looks really cheap and nylony. I wouldn't complain about it though.

mignonette Thu 27-Jun-13 08:14:12

Looking again at it I think it is very ageing on her. Holly does wear very ageing clothes. That bouncy Beauty Queen look is too old Holly!

mignonette Thu 27-Jun-13 08:12:21

Holly looks so bouncy, glossy and girl next door that even if she rolled up dressed in a mankini she'd defuse the sex.

She doesn't look slutty. Some people are just terrified of the female breast aren't they? What power they have.

EarlyInTheMorning Thu 27-Jun-13 08:08:38

Ugly dress, prudish viewers

But it was the horrible dress that caused the cleavage issues, not something inherent to Holly's shape. She's have looked lovely in something less glamorous granny on a cruise ship.

Eastpoint Thu 27-Jun-13 05:59:58

It might have been made by their costume department. It doesn't look like an expensive dress, the lace looks too symmetrical.

32 isn't very old. I'm 34 this week, I'd better make sure I wear polo necks all the time to cover up my "saggy cleavage" sad

I liked the top of the dress but thought the split in the skirt was de trop.

cannotfuckingbelievethis Wed 26-Jun-13 22:09:17

Saggy cleavage ? Jesus...remind me never to go bra-less in front of any MNers...

What holly had on is really quite different to what was on the catwalk though. The catwalk version was asymmetrical (and much less old lady desperate to show off her saggy cleavage).

Hmm, is it not the same dress? it says " It was look 44 from Gucci’s Fall / Winter 2012 collection. "
