Nay. It looks like a lampshade.

Plus I imagine it would be difficult to see where you are actually walking when wearing it.

It's huge! Is it for an occasion or for just out and about?

Report
Nagoo · 11/05/2013 21:49

No.

Unless you are Margo and Jerry will be nearby to guide you everywhere.

pictish · 11/05/2013 21:49

Where would you wear something like that?

Report
pictish · 11/05/2013 21:50

Negotiating doorways could be difficult.

:)

What's it FOR?

Report
MrsLettuce · 11/05/2013 23:38

Oh right, yes, for summer. As in I'm not in the UK (but not somewhere hot, just a bit warmer) and I struggle once it gets above 21 degrees. A sun hat is apparently advisable.

I like these ones (I know they're odd) but was worried the first one, which looks better made was too big. I fancy big but not continent sized.

Yes, the first one is definitely too big Grin. I can understand the need for a sunhat and whilst I'm personally not keen at all ever on that style the stripey second one that you linked is better IMO

The first one looks like a popadom.

surely something like this from topshop is what you're after?

Rather than a mother of the bride thing?

Are you Windy Miller? ;)

Report
MrsLettuce · 12/05/2013 11:48

Can't get the top shop link to work on my phone but if it's a floppy job then no, floppy hats prickle my otherwise under control OCD.

I LOVE windy miller's hat!

mrs your post made me laugh out loud, but don't be coming here hoping for a sympathy yay on those hideous hoof covers on your thread Grin

No I honestly wasn't coming on here for sympathy, just saying not to take my advice as I clearly have no sense of style Grin
