Hi all, so my quest to find a new bag is over - http://www.next.co.uk/women/accessories/bags-accessories/7

sorry for link, am on phone.

This bag ticks every box smile but I cannot decide on the colour. Brown is prob most practical, navy prob goes with most, and mint is prob the prettiest grin which do I go for?! Helllllllp else I shall be forced, against my will you understand, to buy all three wink

I'd go for the brown. I think you'd get the most wear out of it. The mint is very pretty though

MrsRogerSterling Tue 07-May-13 22:20:15

I'd go for the navy.

Ooh I like that. If the navy is really that nice French navy, with a kind of grey hue, I'd go for that, otherwise the mint.

I would be bold and get the mint. If you don't have many other bags get the brown, but the mint is a nice bit of colour and will actually go with a lot, especially now its (hopefully) summer.

oooh lovely, I'd go for the mint. From the photos its looks like its a particularly nice shade of that colour.

if you find you really really really like using the bag, its as good as you thought it would be etc, then you can always erm...'invest' in the more practical colours at a later date grin

I'd go with the mint or navy - but probably the mint. I think the mint would actually go with more things - navy and black wouldn't work for example. In fact I'm quite tempted myself.

JamEyelid Wed 08-May-13 02:04:33

I would get mint and then go back and get the brown.

I was going to get that bag a few days ago but couldn't justify it as I had just bought a small mint one.

Maghag Wed 08-May-13 03:00:40

Once bought a purple handbag that went with NOTHING, but then weirdly it actually went with everything as it was so different. Sod practical, get the mint one.

I'd go for navy. I have a similar one I've used for Summer casual since time immemorial. My most useful and used bag ever.

The mint is also nice, but you would need to inspect close up as it could look cheap irl. Not keen on the brown.

The navy is lovely!

A word of caution, I bought a next bag in washed tan, the same material as this bag and within a week it had worn very badly and patches had weirdly discoloured and I returned it. Such a shame as it was a nice looking bag like this one.

Navy. Most practical colour. I'd be bored with Mint after a week.

CFSKate Wed 08-May-13 08:17:44

There is a pink version too.

TallulahBetty Wed 08-May-13 08:17:52

Wow mixed 'bag' (hoho) of responses, thanks all. This has confirmed my suspicion that I need to get all 3 grin

Allthingspretty Wed 08-May-13 08:21:16

Navy

I hate that shade of brown

wiltingfast Wed 08-May-13 08:26:34

Brown, navy is old lady imo!

The mint is lovely too. Depends if this is to be a sometimes bag or an everyday bag? If everyday, def brown. You can always try and pick up the mint in sales or something.

HappyGirlNow Wed 08-May-13 08:37:54

I've got them all blush Tan goes with everything but the mint is gorgeous! I'm probably less kern on the navy, it's almost a purply (is that a word?) navy, but it is nice too..

polyhymnia Wed 08-May-13 13:05:27

It's v cute. Presumably not leather at that price or is it?

At that price you could easily get em all....I think I would if it was THE bag smile

VeganCow Wed 08-May-13 16:41:05

SundaySimmons I got a bag for Next in the same material and its been fone, very hardwearing I'd say.

Autumn12 Wed 08-May-13 17:14:39

Ooh that's nice. Totally impractical for me as I like to carry too much stuff around but I may have to buy the mint one anyway.

Autumn12 Wed 08-May-13 17:15:14

Bugger its out of stock.

HappyGirlNow Wed 08-May-13 18:34:46

Just keep looking. They wereoutof stock before and they got them back in..
