What does it do?? <ignorant>

I'm using Skinceuticals 1.0 Retinol which is strong, so a light hand is needed

The dodgy website one was in Ireland.

I think they word it retinol so eBay don't remove the listing.

Honestly, you'd think they didn't want us buying prescription medication off the Internet with no prescription or medical supervision. Meanies.

My Retin A cream has nearly ran out, the one I bought was from Amazon it was the Stieva forte a 0.1%, that particular was is currently unavailable, can anyone recommend me another one, same strength please. I paid £19 for this one. Thanks.
