Fashion fail is so last year! Mumsnet's Style and Beauty pages are beautifully abrim with the best looking-good tips.
To wear at my wedding? She's in her sixties and doesn't want anything too high or anything too shiny. She also won't wear wedges as she doesn't think they are posh enough! I'm stumped, can anyone help?
What about these Next ones? No good if it will be chilly I suppose www.next.co.uk/g38266s1
Boden have some low heeled ones at the moment.
Sparkly kitten heeled peep-toes? www.houseoffraser.co.uk/Dune+Decor+Metal+Heel+Open+Court+Shoes/180625661,default,pd.html
Those are rather nice, I didn't think of looking in next. I'll pass them onto the mothership, she's a lot more fussy than me!
Boden t bar silver sandals are lovely.silver sandalsThe low wedge (they're very low and probable not what she would consider a wedge) sandals in pewter are a lovely muted metallic and dressy.wedges
The dune ones have already been vetoed for being too sparky! I like them though.
Or closed toe courts. Not sure what these would look like irl BHS
What is she going to wear? It will help in narrowing it down. What is her style?
Her outfit is stunning, she's wearing a condici dress, pink and silvery colours, matching jacket and hat.
Oh that's incredibly formal. Scrap previous suggestions!
Something like these ?
Those look good practicality, I'll pass those on.
these ?champagne ones ?closed toes ?
I got some Van Dal low heels in silver from TKMaxx, they're a sort of posh wedge ie it looks like a heel as it goes in in the middle iyswim?will see if they still have them
here It says brown but they are silver...very odd descriptions they have
Thanks for all the suggestions I've passed them onto my mum.
