Hi top trainers -help!

I have bought the most gorgeos comfy hi top teainers - i love them and tbey are so comfortable i could live in them but what on earth do i wear them with??

They are a khaki colour. I am size 10, 5'2" and slightly the wrong side of 40 but look a bit younger. Any style experts able to axvise please?

I've got these - wear them with skinny jeans and cords, and dresses with leggings and opaques. Love them.
