They are usually v good. I think once I returned something with no order form/ returns form in but rang and they found it!

Boden customer service is one of the best. Give them a call. I'm sure they will be able to arrange something for you.

Maybe give customer services a call with any reference/order numbers to see if they can send the trousers out again once they get them back? I've never called them myself but OP's may have.

So I returned a pair of trousers today and have changed m mind.

I've emailed boden to see if they can return them.

What's the odds they can?
