What are your most comfortable knickers?

I've just bought 5 pairs of knickers in the La Senza sale and wore one pair today. I spent the day hoiking them out of my bum, then put them in the bin as soon as I got home. Hmm

I'm sick of wasting money on knickers that I never wear because they are too uncomfortable. So, tell me, what are your most comfortable pants? I don't do thongs. I don't care what they look like, comfort is paramount!

Can you put them in the recycling bag or a charity bag in their packaging (the unworn ones) rather than in the bin?

Watching with interest, as all my most comfy pants are getting old.

I always size up in knickers - that makes the biggest difference

Cotton, bikini style, as a minimum M&S quality (not their really cheap packs - just their nearly cheap packs Grin).
Had some Asda ones trying to save money - had exactly the same problem as you!

GAP are very comfortable and not granny style. Got a couple pairs in a sale once and love them!

I'm not going to chuck them out without wearing Mintyy, as they are all slightly different styles so I'm hoping a couple will be good. I just had to get rid of the ones I was wearing today as they were like instruments of torture!

I wear big knickers from Asda I can't be doing with frilly flimsy lacy pants.

I buy m&s midi style. They are a bit 'granny pant' but so comfortable. They do them in a multi pack in various colours.

M&S bikini style with lace top. Ridiculously comfy & look fairly good too (plus still comfy while preggers when nothing else is). Very rarely wear anything else now.

Hanky panky thongs, they only come in one size, soft stretchy lace. They cling without digging in hanky panky

I thought La Senza had gone bust! At least that's what they told me last year when I spent money online with them and the goods never appeared - I didn't get a refund either! Angry

Granny pants are the most comfy though.

I've got little boxer shorts from Primark, I love them. They're almost like a lycra, although that sounds gross, I'm not sure what they are (will look later) but they are comfy

oh man y'all need SEAMLESS knickers!

I originally bought them post section, but they are amazing!

Primark, tesco, m&s etc have them and they last really well. Very soft, plain black or white, bikini shape. Kind of like er, I can't explain the material it's some kind of magic fibre, soft and stretchy.

I bet my bum is the comfiest here Grin

agree about the sizing up. most comfy ever are primarni thongs in 16-18 (my dress size is 10-12) Grin i have a bad appendix scar, so anything with a low waist band - eg shorts style digs in uncomfortably

I think the only thing is to go big! Its not glamorous, its not sexy, but it is comfy!

monty I bet they're the same material that I'm trying to describe! I nearly said like lycra, but didn't because it sounded gross!

I like the naughty shortie types. I used to spend a fortune on Agent Provocateur but now I'm all about comfort.

Primark boy shorts. I buy them a size bigger than I would usually wear. No seams, no chafing and no riding up anywhere Wink and no VPL. They are the best knickers I've worn and so very comfortable.

I don't usually get on with short style (lots of riding up!) but maybe I'm just not going big enough.
