Should I get this coat?

I have been looking for a waterproof coat, at a reasonable price, for ages. I want one that doesn't look like a hill walking coat and have come across this:

What do you think? I quite like it but am looking for reassurance as I am a wimp :)

It looks nice but will it be warm enough? Would need to see it in real life.
