What can I do to improve my saggy tits?

I have an ok figure; size 12/10, mummt tummy but toned arms etc. My tits are 36 E and were a nice shape but they are starting to get saggy. (I bf for 3 years). they are not a complete mess but would like to keep them perky. Plastic surgery isn't an option atm. Any exercises?

For a start, you are probably wearing the wrong bra size - have you been fitted recently? I am a 10/12 and wear a 30 or 32 band size. You should read a thread that was on here recently all about bra sizing as wearing the right size bra will make them look more perky easily!

Sorry i'm not much help with the exercises.

I was measured in M and S as a 36 E and have been wearing that size ever since. But I want pert boobs without a bra! I'd love to have smaller, pert boobs.

I'm sure someone will be along in a minute to explain how awful M&S bra fittings are, I've learnt a lot from the other bra thread Smile

I don't really think there's a better way of getting perter boobs bra-less without surgery, I'm sceptical of all the creams on the market but you could always give them a go?

Anyone had surgery? Sounds grim but would think about it.

Chest exercises to tone the muscles behind the breasts and a well fitting bra (so not from M &S)

I had a lift and reduction. I was in pain when I woke up, they gave me some painkillers and I was fine from then.

I spent ages looking for the right surgeon and company. Best thing I ever did.

However I have since had another child and they are not as perky as they were when I had the done (almost 8 years ago) but I am currently in the middle of a fitness programme that includes weight training. I have found this is helping with the sagging. I don't think it would make such a difference as surgery though.

You will be a 32G then - M&S are shit at bra fitting.

Wear the right bra for a month and your boobs will start to look better without the bra.

And exercise.

my boobs have been transformed by yoga. i hated them so much for the first few years after babies but they are now as good as ever.

I did hot yoga (bikram) for a couple of years and that helped quite a bit, mainly cause of posture but also a bit some strength. A year ago I switched studios and now do a style called vinyasa flow. It is so tough on the upper body. Despite two years of twice weekly Bikram, it took me six months just to complete some of the more basic vinyasa sequences - i just didn't have the power in arms and chests.

This summer i wore a bikini for second time in my life (shy) and just couldn't have felt prouder of myself, def better than the other time i wore bikini aged 27. I also have a much better tummy than pre kids (lots of core work), and a really defined waist. I'm not a naturally bendy or sporty person, but I've just got so much out of yoga and it has really changed so much for me.

Sorry, very dull and evangelical I know. I try not to bang on about it in RL, cause, well.... cause of not wanting to be dull, evangelical and bang on-y. my boobs are quite big too 34dd, used to be 32e before dc.

Get refitted, seriously, M&S are utterly utterly awful at bra fittings. Terrible. You will notice a massive difference in a properly fitting bra, and at a size 10-12 it is highly unlikely that you are a 36 back.

Humour me if you can be bothered - please measure firmly underneath your bust (easier to do without a bra on) and then pop your bra on and measure around the widest part of your boobs. Don't pull the tape too tight for the second measurement - no squishing! I'll give you an idea of where to start.

To give you an idea, M&S would fit me at a 36F. I am a 30H/HH. Just a little wrong then......

Exercise I found does help a bit, but takes a while.

Definitely get measured somewhere thst is not m&s. If you are a 10-12 you should not be anywhere near a 36.

Another one to dis m and s - they are crap. Get to fenwicks/ bravissimo /JL/R&P you will feel like you've had a boob job. Measure under your boons and ill bet my last Jaffa cake you're not a 36.

Obviously don't measure under your boons. Try your boobs.

I recently got measured at m&s, I wear a size 12-14 top & they fitted me in a size 38 D bra. After trying a few on I settled on the cheapest pair. But I took them back the next day as they didn't seem right, the cup didn't feel close enough to my boobs, there was too much of a gap iykwim?

As for uplifting, im just baffled as to why I've been wearing non padded bras for years that has done nothing for me! I've managed to get a couple of bras from next that will do for now & they are giving me a bit of a lift. Could do with scaffolding!!!

agree no way a size 10/12 would have a 36back

I am size 18 and I wear a 36h in a prima donna bra , which btw are fucking amazing!!!!!!

Measure yourself i think. Its easy enough to do. The bra should be firm around your ribs and not swivel round if you twist. Once you've got that part correct focus on your boobs. Its actually easy to see if it fits or not. They shouldn't be squashed and shouldn't bulge over the top or gape either. If there is a seem across the middle then it should be equal to your nipples.

Once you've got the back size correct you can just go up and down in cup sizes until one seems correct.

Im a size 10 and wear a 32 back.

step away from m and s. absolutely useless if you are either bigger than a c cup or smaller than a size 12. Get on the phone to bravissimo or better still one of their shops. John Lewis are also OK. I would reckon that at a size 10/12 you are a 30 or 32 back, and at least a G cup. You need a style with 2-3 hooks at the back, deep, possibly boned sides and a bit of structure to hold you forward and up. Look for something moulded, or with well- positioned seams. I find this pretty good if you like seam free, and this gives me the most amazing support whilst still looking pretty and being low enough for showing a bit of cleavage. Balconette styles can be quite flattering if you are a bit saggy and the fullness is more below the nipple than above. I'm in that category and find that everything falls out of a plunge, and in a "full cup" the top half of the cups are not full at all!
