As the title says really. He likes this coat

However I've just found out that some people think HH is a bit 'chavy'.

What do you think?

It is a bit naff. Dies he not like north face down jackets?

He doesn't really like the whole 'puffy' look. Plus a lot of their jackets are quite short. He really is mister fussy.....

It just looks like a normal coat to me - not naff or chavvy.

The Tiddles round the collar puts me off, but the rest of it's fine

It looks like a black waterproof jacket - how can a black waterproof jacket be naff Confused

DameFanny I don't like the fur collar but you can remove it.

It's ridiculous really as it's just a warm waterproof jacket for when he has to stand around for 2 hours and watch our ds play rugby.

Some of the other dads can be a bit 'mick taking' and as dh can be a bit shy I don't want it to happen.

We were reviewing the coat online when I came across it's apparent 'chav' connotations which is why I asked the question.

Glad some of you like it :)

HH has that reputation, unfortunately.

we must move in different circles then - no-one would even notice the brand of a plain black waterproof jacket that I know

It has the logo on the front. Not offensively or anything, but that's how people would know who made it.

It makes no difference to me anyway. I think people should have the coats they like!
