Can we have a roll-call of online shops which do free returns?

I've got a thing about paying to send things back which don't live up to their sparkly online promise.

I can just about live with paying for delivery, but obv free delivery AND returns is best.

  • Javari tops my list for lovely free-ness (free delivery and returns).
  • Debenhams, White Stuff and John Lewis do free returns too.

Lands End and White Company have been crossed off my online shopping list due to their stingy 'get your wallet out at the Post Office' policy.

Debenhams have been crossed off my list for their new stupid "you can only return certain things to certain places and some stuff is store returns only" policy!

Zara collect my things for free.

I think you have to pay for H&M returns, I've got a box of stuff sitting at home and no returns label (hence why it's still sitting at home and my Gap and dorethy perkins orders have been sent back already!)

Ah yes Debenhams returns are a bit of a nightmare now I think of it. Take ages, and they seem to get all confused by the least little thing. At least they make an attempt at being free though (in parts) I suppose.

I was about to say you had to pay for returns to h&M now. I paid for my last two parcels but have phoned up and complained and she emailed me a free returns label to print off when I need one so not sure what the policy is?!!

Figleaves only if it's not sale stuff. Got caught out twice by that over the summer.

How I let them get me twice, is of course down to my own foolishness!
