I need a top to wear with skinny jeans on a *mums* night out on Friday night!

I ended up in floods of tears last night as I just couldn't find anything to wear. I don't go out out that often (go round friends houses with kids mostly and just wear whatever!) and I have no tops to wear :(

I have a nice pair of skinny jeans and a pair of ballet pumps I like, but the tops looked awful. I am a short size 12 with decent legs and big boobs but I have a bit of a tummy (I hate the bit above my waist really-must be a wine tummy!) and all the tops I have were either too short (showed tummy bit of jeans), too long (looked too much like a dress) too tight (showed armpit fat), shapeless (just hung there from my boobs), mumsy (smocked round boobs or empire line tunic and made mne look pregnant!)

DH told me to just buy something new, but I don't know what the hell to buy and I only have tomorrow (or online if they deliver soon-ie Next, but I couldnt' find anything there). I wanted something eveningy-black or grey rather than white or particularly flowery, but am drawing blanks!

Can anyone please help me!

to wear with skinnys. It looks nice.

I think I bought a black one though. They do it in lots of colours but the black was the most slimming.

I can't do links on an iPad but I got a lovely teeshirt in H&M its nude with clear sequins on the front. Looked great with skinnies. It was only £12.99. Also in pink and blue..

Zara linen t shirts? Maybe too casual but they make one in a steel grey colour.
