Teeth whitening for calcium stains

I've always had calcium deposits/fluoride stains (not sure which) on my teeth, but as they are already quite sensitive, I've been wary of trying any form of teeth whitening. Has anyone else successfully got rid of these stains without making their teeth more sensitive? Any tips?

Thats patches isn't it so your teeth look like a white and cream patchwork?

I got that I don't think there is any over the counter thing you can do to change them, just stick with the toothpastes, you don't want to end up in pain over a bit of vanity.

That's it yes, they're patchy. Do whitening toothpastes make your teeth more sensitive too?

I'm not sure I've been using them for years and my teeth are a bit odd in that it's really sweet things that put them on edge (at one side) for some reason and Listerine mouthwash that fucking kills. Hot and cold don't really bother me.

I must say I like this Arm and Hammer whitening stuff I've got at the moment (it was in Poundland) I've seen adverts for an enamel care version maybe try that and read this.
