OPI nail envy...worth it?

Have tried everything and just accepted that I have to keep my nails short.they are thin,bendy and flake.
Have just seen OPI nail envy offer....before I fork out £18 thought I would ask SB.
Worth it?

I love it!! I never pay £18 though...it is here on ebay for a tenner full size or you can get a mini bottle for £3.20. Also recommend the very cheap (and fake I think) opi cuticle oil pens from ebay - about £1.30 and great for in your handbag.

The original gives a high shine clear polish look, the matte just looks like your nail.

funnily enough never tried their polishes...

ps - mine used to flake and split from the side. Now I wear them at a medium length (about 5 or 6mm lenth of white iykwim) and they are strong and flexible - only took about 2 weeks to grow out all of the existing flakes (kept short during that time) and haven't had a new flake since.

I bought Nail Envy and Seche Vite (on mrsmartin's advice) from this seller on ebay. £13 for both with free postage! Sure you couldn't go wrong

Are the e-bay versions genuine? Am always a bit wary of fakery!

Teenweeny, I chose this seller because they are power sellers with 35,000 feedbacks-there is some neutral and negative feedback but it's to be expected with such a high volume seller. Most of the poor feedback is about slowness of delivery, rather than items not being genuine.
I'll update when it arrives!

Hehe...teeny yes they are genuine - just look for someone with lots of positive feedback. The oil pens I mentioned above are fake but good in their own right. If it is fake you are protected by paypal anyway. I once got a gucci filofax and it was fake (a v.good one though) and after launching a complaint I got a full refund and didn't even have to return the filofax!

Fabulous product would def recommend it! Very pricey in UK but much cheaper in the States - perhaps where these EBay sellers are getting it from?!

It's really good, I bought a small sample bottle of ebay to try it before I splashed out, so worth a look if you wanted to try before you commit to £18.

BTW mrsmartin prompted by grooming thread have just totally blitzed self to within an inch of life.
Shower,face wash,body scrub,removal of thick winter coat(!), elemis anti ageing moisturising face mask,fake tan (wearing swimming costume this w/e body hasn't seen daylight for 6months!),night cream.positively glowing!

i used it and didn't notice any difference really, the best nail thing i have used lately is the leighton denny crystal nail file as it just stops my nails breaking so much, really good! also wear nail varnish alot

I've just been doing near enough the same drywhite - now all wrapped up in deeply unsexy really comfy fluffy jacket and fleecy trousers - lovely!

yes I am now wearing my bulky fleecy dressing gown and reading glasses....no make up ! V hot! Looking v large!
I have to add when I announced I was going up early to have a shower my dh thought his luck was in!!!!should have seen his face when he walked into bathroom expectantly to see my hair up in 3 crocodile clips, face mask on and v sticky with fake tan....back to the football for him!!!!!!!
