Tether-reporting back on ongoing boot saga

No these were no good at all.
Worn by the sort of woman who would buy an appliqued tiered skirt form Per Una and call it 'jazzy'.

I'm drawn back to one of your original suggestions.

But I want a high heel, square toe and close fit dammit. Is it too much to ask.

PS I am loathing suede boots I think. Doesn't it go all scuzzy and faded?

"PS I am loathing suede boots I think. Doesn't it go all scuzzy and faded?"

Yes. I will never bother again. Unless it is for occassion shoes/boots that I expect to rarely wear.

COS have got some like that but not as high. suede is ok if you treat it when new and keep it clean. and not black, it goes greenish.

I like the original boots. I don't like Per Una appliqued skirts though.

Ah Moondog- shame the office ones were no good. I'm still looking you haunt my dreams ...

Too thin a heel?

Then I started looking at the pricier end:

Yoox

Unusual, pricy, square toe

Only small sizes (How can I not know what size you are!?)

Hahaha, I hate number three too, but you have to throw a wild card in there from time to time Grin

Am still looking. And always will be.

I can rely on you Tether me old mucker.
Frankly we would all be lost without your uncanny ability to sniff out just what we seek.

Would that I could one day return the favour to such a sartorial inspiration.

Hi tether
It is me with the broken ankle and the back zip boots!
I am now wearing one of your suggestions! I love them and am so grateful for your help.
Thanks.

Mint Velvet ones nicer than first pair.

Fimbo, those boots are fab.

I have a pair of suede boots - had them forever, still look new. Just don't wear them in the rain! And spray them often with suede protector.
