What should be the minimum I need to buy?

Go to Zara, they do lots of silk t shirts which would be lovely under suits, and nice with jeans outside work too. Or TK Maxx if there is one? You can stock up on blouses cheaply there. Or H&M and Next aren't bad for workwear tops.

I'd probably aim to have about 10 different tops (maybe just get 5 to start you off!) so you're not washing and ironing constantly.

Would definitely buy things which cover the tattoo at least until you know which way the land lies. Most offices have a no tattoos on show policy.
Good luck!

Thanks goat,Great advice.

Though I'm going to need long sleeves at least at the beginning.
When I went for the interview I wore short sleeved shirts under my suit and I was too hot so will need to take off jacket.

Will look in Zara, have a TXmaxx but would like several different colours of same top which I dont think I'll get from there.

I was planning to go to primark/matalan and get 5 shirts for about £10 each but my mum stated that if you spend £15/20 in M&S, debenhams, John lewis etc then they will last longer. I'm happy with lasting longer but really need what to but till first pay then I can get better.

Dont really want to spend more than £100. I have trousers, Skirts, Boots, tights, etc
