Boden Collect Plus service

Has anyone used this for returns? Is it a good service? Apparently it gives free collection via local stores, eg. Spars and the like but not the post office. My friend has used it and thinks it's great but I can see no reference to it on the website... Any advice?

You usually get a bit of paper in your order telling you how to use it- I haven't as I only ever order if I get free returns.

I've used it with Very and it's excellent, just hand it over at the counter, get a receipt, job done.

Also get my deliveries this way, saves waiting in.

I've used it with Boden and someone else possibly New Look

Much quicker for me than the PO as no queue

I wanted to try it, but the nearest "corner shop" place that was involved was about 20 miles away in some back of beyond place and I live in only city in my region!

I have done it, but the last couple of time I've ordered from them, there was no mention of it, so I assumed they had withdrawn it as an option.

This service does exist and works really well. I remembered I had been sent some info about it by Boden some time ago, but I didn't need it then. I had a HUGE pile of stuff to go back and thought the postage would be a fortune, so I had a bit of a hunt online. This is the website www.collectplus.co.uk/returns/new/boden
I printed a label, popped to the shop and off it went. I did wonder if I had inadvertently cheated, because, as other have said, Boden don't mention this now. But I have my refund and no slapped hand, so go for it.

I had an order from Boden today and it had a collectplus label in it so they are still doing it.

Well, I've done it - checked the website and found a little newsagents 10 mins from me that does it - easiest thing ever, just handed it over, got a receipt, job done. Soooooo much better than my local PO. Thanks!

I have done it in my local offie! Much better than queuing in the post office, plus its open until 11pm. They just scan the special label and give you a receipt. Great service.
