I've gone a light to medium brown and have blue eyes and pale skin.I love my shiny healthy hair after years of being a bleech blonde but I want to look less like Morticia Adams and have a nice healthy glow. I cannot believe how much my hair colour has changed my look feel like im wearing a wig right now Hmm still trying to get used to it but need new make up to complete my look Grin

Ive done this several times, I notice I need eyeliner, I go for chocolate brown on my top lids only, think darker hair makes my blue eyes "pop" and the liner accentuates this. Also I go for a coral blusher which warms up my complexion.

A lot of this will depend on your skin tone etc but one thing I could say is use a bronzer, or if you are very pale, a powder a couple of shades darker than your skin (so dark enough that you wouldn't use it as an all over powder but not so dark it looks muddy) and apply it around the hairline and temples, and every carefully and gently blending down under the cheekbones.

Go easy at first.

It can make all the difference to how "pale" and "morticia" you look if you don't do it, particularly as it softens some of the contrast between your hairline and the skin at your hairline.

Not a bad thing to do in summer anyway regardless of hair colour. But it will help soften your look.
