Anybody use Bio-Oil as a face moisturiser ??

Have read mostly good things about using Bio-Oil as a moisturiser for the face, but have also read a couple of bad reviews saying it can cause blocked pores and blackheads ??

Anyone tried it or uses it ??

Thanks, Dianna x

So you don't get breakouts from using it ??

I was quite shocked when I read reviews saying it was good for oily skin as it's an oil Confused

Yep used it also found Rio Rosa Mosqueta good too. Only need tiny bit. Found it less greasy on my face than bio oil

I use it regularly and have never had a problem with blocked pores or spots.

When I had an outbreak of eczema it was the only thing that made my skin soft again (barring steroids).

I have combination skin and it really blocked my pores after using just a couple of times. I was a few months before my wedding so had to book a course of microdermabration facials to clear my skin!

i did use it a few times, but its not ideal for face moisturising, it kinda makes your face greasy ( so really only use at night!) but it doesnt seem to have a great long lasting effect. it does clear up very dry patches, and evens out skintone, but my skin was never nice enough to put makeup on or anything after.

I'm using it regularly at the moment - LOVE it. My skin feels taut after cleansing and has a tendency to dryness (although doesn't really look dry thanks to copious use of bio oil and Weleda skin food)
