its my dhs thirtieth birthday coming up soon and i really dont know what to wear , ever since having ds i have become much thicker around the middle Sad . does any know what i could wear to minimise said area? i have long legs so showing those off is not a problem.

or any miracle diets that reduce stomach size in two weeks would help too ,
i feel such a frump!

Do Jillian Mitchells 30 day shred. DVD about £6 from Amazon. Even in 2 weeks you should really see results. Workout is only 20 mins a day.

What size are you?

Can you give more details about your size/shape/how dressy you are after? I'm sure the gurus on here will be able to hunt something down

And yes to the shred too - 2 weeks of exercise can definitely help to pull the tummy back in. I'd also recommend the spanx higher power - not sexy in the slightest, but very effective and quite comfortable.

I'm five ten large framed broad shouldered small waist bigger hips , I'm a dress size sixteen , I'm looking for something quite dressy it will be my firt opportunity to dress up since giving birth and I want to knock Dh s socks off . 30 day shred sounds good I will look it up.

30 day shred, Spanx and a tunic/shift dress (short ish) with opaque tights and killer heels to show those legs off.

Thanks for the great advice , I have ordered the 30 day shred I like that it's only twenty minutes much more chance of me sticking to it. The dresses selected are beautiful I think I'm going to go with the tunic tights and heels .
