Is there anyone else out there who is vain / silly enough to wear Frownies?

Or is it just me?

I'm sitting here with 3 of the triangles on my forehead thinking this is what it must feel like to have botox. It's lovely not being able to frown.

Would it work to stick some Sellotape on?

these things

I've had them box for ages but can only wear them when I haven't got to rush the next day as it takes a few minutes to get them off.

DM they are much sticker than tape, you have to wet them to stick them on.

Right, am hoping that I don't actually frown lots in my sleep thereby won't actually need them. Do they work? Have you seen any difference since using them

Are you currently alone at home?

I frown really badly in my sleep, I wake up with crinkle lines. They do seem to work if I can wear them for a few days running.

Yes, I am on my own Grin. The DC's sometimes see me in them and they think it's funny Hmm. They are the reason I have a frowny forehead in the first place.

Oh lord, am developing something else to be concerned paranoid about now - unbeknown to me, do I frown in my sleep?? Are you sure your crinkles aren't pillow marks? Grin

Meglet do they seriously work? I am actually slightly tempted, have always had ok skin but now have a proper, visible-from-a-distance crease between my eyebrows (am 34). If they work they have to be a good alternative to botox (which i always said i'd never do, but that was before the wrinkle appeared!), esp if you know you are due to be photographed for any reason?!

Ha "Frownies should be worn every day for 30 days to effectively retrain the facial muscles. After the 30 day period, continue to use Frownies four or more times per week to maintain your more youthful appearance." - yes, I bet! They are onto a winner, aren't they?!

I am so tempted by these. I have the "11" lines and I hate them.

Do you work for them, ListenUp? :o

They do work if you wear them 3-4 nights on the trot, and they've got no chemicals or anything.

It's just whether you can be arsed to stick stuff to your head before getting into bed, and I find I often can't!

I wore them for months and months and nothing changed. I got botox in the end

Seeing as you already have the dedication to use them (let's not call it 'vanity'), you could always complete the look with one of these. I'm not so bothered about forehead, but am considering that.

Euphemia, I only wanted to get rid of the number 11's, so only got that part done. I didnt have really deep lines, just a kind of raised pucker (for want of a better word!) that I could see from the skin not bouncing back. It has made that a lot better.
