Space NK has a 20% offer at the moment, so I thought it would be a good time to try this as I've been wanting to after hearing good things - but would I be an idiot to order online having to guess which shade??

crumbs Dotty I was looking at exactly the same thing - after hearing so much about it on here - and trying to guess which colour I should order. Cream sounds like it would suit most skin colours, but, I just don't know, could be an expensive mistake! Anyone got any advice please.

It's suppose to be. There's someone who posts on S & B (not sure if purplepoeney or geroffmyland) who swears by it, says it's more of a concealer than highlighter - sounds pretty sure about how good it is. I love purple, just not under my eyes Grin

It is EXCELLENT.

Everyone raves about the YSL Touche Eclat but they are mad - it just reflects light off your shadows and gives a strange reverse powder effect.

Touche Veloute is excellent and is a proper concealer. It has a great texture.

I can't remember what shade mine is - I think 2? I will look in mt make up bag later and report back.

It is expensive but it is very worth it - I wear make up every day and I have had mine for nearly a year and it is still going strong.

And whsilt you are at it By Terry foundations are the best ever - they do some (can't remember the name) for around the £45 mark, however the one which makes me rave is the Eclat Opulent which costs £96. It comes in one colour (one colour fits all, adapts on skin) and is truly brilliant - makes my skin look flawless.

I thought the Toucke Veloute was a foundation? according to SpaceNK website it is in a bottle, and looks like a light reflecting foundation, unless I am mixed up- quite possible.

Where is the 20% off showing as it's not on website and i was hoping to go into shop tomorrow.

as you were- it's Lumiere Veloutee that is the foundation.
still can't see anything about the 20% off!

I can confirm (having had a make-up make-over last Sat!), that the Touche Veloute is a light reflecting concealer!

I use the £45 foundation which is good and smells fantastic, as do all the By Terry products Smile

getorf, as you might know, I'm another enthusiast and definitely going to be taking advantage of the discount this w/e. Am lucky to have easy access to the Space NK stores. Would you say Touche Veloutee is the best of their concealers (I know they do at least one other)? I guess yes, by your reaction.

Have the Light expert founation, but am intending to follow your advice and get some Eclat Opulent too whilst this promotion is on !
