Ideas for wedding outfit

Hi all,

A friend is getting married next week and I've no idea what type of thing to wear. The wedding is in a registry office and I think it's pretty informal. They've said smart casual and I think we'll be outside in the evening for fireworks so it will need to be relatively warm. I only have a small budget so hopefully I might be able to use some things I have but I really don't know what sort of thing I should wear.

I'm a sort of hourglass figure but I do have big boobs - (36F).

Any ideas would be really welcome.

I would wear a simple stretchy dress with sleeves, tights and heels and a coat to go over.

Do you have something like that? Otherwise what budget exactly?
