Oh dear - I seem to have killed the thread with a terrible title! It seemed far more wittier in my head!

Ha Ollie!

Dolcee yes I asked for a bit paler, creamier. Seems very fine and even blonde. Took ages as have fine hair but lots of it. I'm wondering if I have yet cracked it. I want a few paler bits but not all over. Aveda was good. But I am fussy Smile

What will you ask for?

Great title ollie. Just marking my place. Got to run and tidy before cleaner comes. Yes, I'm one of those people. She's scary though and frowns at everything that is in her way and she has to clean around.

Oooo - hope I haven't offended anyone with the frivolous title!

Lovely dress LTEC.
Yangymac - think we will be coming to you for present suggestions!

Speaking of which, I was on Muji earlier looking at these great toys here - (love the wooden solar system) when saw this poncho here - shame its not all wool but I am a sucker for anything assymmetric! Also liked the bolero too. They also have lots fo ear muffs if thats your thing?! here

Thanks for reminding me about Muji toys OWW. DS1 (now 7 years) has had Space in a Bag for two years and still plays with it.

Loving the sound of your black and raspberry outfit dolce

That navy drapy is gorgeous too...

Morning angels,

Another day, another domestic disaster at Plum Heights. While I was in the shower, DS rubbed most of a tub of body butter into the new bedroom carpet. Spent the morning on my knees, scrubber that I am.

Like y'all, have been perusing Phase Eight site, Like this emerald green dress, perhaps for school ball in December.

Love the sound of your hair, Marsha. As a perpetual brunette, I do wonder just what being blonde would be like.

You have school ball Plum - how posh! Not sure the PTA will run to that here (although I could be doing them a disservice - this will be our first school Christmas.)

Nice dress!

drapey dress is lovely!

I'm relatively colourful for me today. Cranberry/maroon brora (sale) cashmere jumper...absolutely huge in a good way, with grey fritzi skinnies, maroon ankle boots (sound awful but are quite nice) and massive chunky grey by marlene birger cardigan thingy as a coat).

OWW great title.

I have NO idea what to buy DH. He has everything he needs. Anything he wants (like a new Audi..Hmm) is a little out of target price range for Christmas pressies.

Bought him a load of expensive clothes for birthday in preparation for new job, so don't wnat to do clothes. Bought vouchers for posh hotel for anniversary so have done that idea.

blossoming · 19/10/2010 13:22

At least my dh has chosen a barbour from the catalogue. Phew!

I have the amazon page running too. I see Jillian has a 6 week 6 pack DVD. That's my pressie sorted!

She has a new Wii thing as well Blossoming, although I haven't looked at it properly yet. I may add to my Amazon list, which has lots of weird and wonderful books on it!

Stamp of swollen Shrek-like foot...

OWW - love the thread title! Deliciously frivolous...

yangy - Mulberrybush looks like an excellent source of presents for DCs! Just seems hard to choose between the thousands of great toys that are available...

Cake - bet you look sensational in that navy dress! I can totally imagine you in it.

Plum - I can tell you what its like being blonde - expensive! Smile I haven't been without my cool and warm blonde foil highlights since I was 18 years old, and I am (like Marsha) v fussy. I cross London for my hairdresser as he is the only one I trust. (I am not this ridiculous with everything BTW...)

Won't bore you w details of my shopping (things for new babies) and outfit (Primark l sleeve top and maternity Baxters w ballet flats - day in and day out). 'Tis not a time of glamour for me. Although am limbering up to try and reach my feet for much needed painting of toenails (can you get extension handles for nail polish??)...
