Over the past 8 years I have lost about 35kg... I put about 15kg back on over the past 4 years, having children, being lazy etc. However now I have lost 11kg and feel quite sure that I'll get rid of the last few kilos. I'm not having any more kids, so apart from laziness and bad habits I won't have any more reasons for putting the weight back on.
I am however, finding it hard to part with some of my 'fat clothes'. I need the wardrobe space and they don't fit me anymore, but I can't seem to bring myself to throw them out! They're mostly clothes I bought when I was still living in the UK and are pretty good quality... I suppose at the back of my mind I think that if I put weight back on, I will kick myself for not having kept them- and as I've yo-yo'd up and down for the past few years, it's been quite handy to have a wardrobe in various sizes!
I think I need a stern talking to!!
