Boden Exchanges, do they make you pay again?

I have a huge box here to take back and, Im tempted to swap some of it for something else. I know this is a risk, given all the dire reviews but I really will need some boots this Winter. My question is, will they do a straight swap or do they put it all on my card again? If its the latter then Im too broke!!

I don't really get what you mean.

If you send it back and put in Exchange then they will exchange and that's that; if you send back and re-order online/phone then it will go on your card. Credit will then come for the returns when they process it.

They can't charge you twice if they are refunding for items, can they?

Well the only time I tried to exchange they refunded me and I had to reorder. So bear it in mind.

I have returned a huge box of stuff- and asked for exchanges of about 4 items. I am still due a refund of around £100 in total. I actually put a letter in with the forms as well, itemising all the different exchanges i wanted, and the difference in cost, so I hope they get it right.

I've only exchanged one thing, but they credited my card first for the return and then charged it again when they sent the replacement.

thats what happened to me before. They charged my card first and then it took three days for the refunded amount to clear. I wouldnt mind normally but, its going to be a long month!

Ive ordered two things for the price of the four things Ive sent back I have itemised it all and taken the 20percent off the new order. It works out just about even so, Im hoping they will just do a swop!!
