I have finished my Open degree; I do intend to do my honours later in the year but I have been offered my degree
Do I take it? If so which do I want
I did business & technology with some pre-existing study which was technical and business as well actually

if you take it does that mean you cannot use the same modules again for the honours one? its worth checking with the OU

I'm not there yet but I will be in the same boat ie I'll be able to choose either one. I will be going for BSc. It just sounds better to me <snob>

I've just got my ordinary degree too, I've accepted it and I'm currently doing my final two modules to get my honours, they will just top up the ordinary degree. My modules are mainly maths with a bit of science so I went for the BSc. The only thing you can't do is go to the degree ceremony twice, so I'm not going to this one I'm going to go once I've got my honours.
Thanks - congratulations or good luck as appropriate
I though that about the Ceremony
Still not sure tbh

I was surprised when I could chose because I thought with my combination of courses it would obviously be a BSc. I rang up the ou in the end and the lady I spoke to recommended I take the BSc.
Let us know what you do.

Congratulations!
I think it depends on how much technical stuff you had in your degree. If it was quite a lot, I would go for the BSc.
It was systems mainly
It is tricky isn't it

It doesn't really matter. At some universities all undergrad degrees are BA, even if it's physics. Take whichever feels right - and congrats.
