I am in the process of obtaining one to prevent my ss from seeing my daughter.
As my ss doesn't live with us I have to take it on my ex husband to prevent him taking my daughter to see my ss.
It is simple call a solicitor explain your situation, the grounds for taking out an injunction are simple it is abuse either verbally or physically.
I have an appointment next week to get mine.
Hope this helps

Pickyandchoosy

wow bet thats difficult,
I actually want to get one against my husbands ex girlfiend, she just never leaves us alone, me, him or hims parents.
She manipulates contact even though we have Parental Responsibility, she sends abusive text messages about me to hubby all the time, she is not allowed to contact me or have our home address/phone number but she managed to track me down at work the other day and called and threatened me. Many people on here know what I do for a living so my work number is not exactly in the yellow pages!
She has mnade several allegations against me
regularly contcat my inlaws reducing mother inlaw to tears with emtional b;ackmail and threats to withdraw contact etc
would this type of thing be enough?
