I could really do with some advice about our constantly strained step-family situation.

I have made a difficult decision in relation to our step-family. Part of me feels awful about it, but I felt awful in limbo not making a decision, and continuing to put DS and I through regular misery. That old damned-whatever-you-do law of step-parenting, I feel …

Anyway, our circumstances are pretty specific – potentially identifying – and so I wonder if any of you seasoned step-parents on here would be open to offering advice off-board, or if anyone knows of a support line or other source of discreet advice that is just for step-parents?
