My DS is now 9 months, and although my stomach has gone down, it still looks like jelly.
Is it at all possible to get rid of my jelly belly in 36 days so when I go on my beach holiday I can wear a bikini?
Thanks
I think you may be asking a lot, IME, 3 DC's in, the jelly effect takes a long time and a lot of work to disappear, but it depends on each person's body I'm sure, you may bounce back more easily than me
Having said that, you can definitely improve how it looks a lot in a month. Are you overweight? Even if you aren't, your best strategy is to try and reduce your body fat as much as you can, added to exercises that particularly focus on your core strength. What exercise do you currently do and what is your typical diet like?

I would try the 30 day shred dvd by Jillian Michaels - only a fiver from amazon and is really intensive - if you stick to it you will definitely get results! Great for core/abs!
Oh yes - it's another Get Shredding thread/recommendation!
Get it, do it every day and feel like you're going to die and you'll definitely see a difference very quickly.
