SPIN CLASS PEOPLE - please solve the mystery of the no sweat young women

Spin, its hard work and with the right resistance and speed you get HOT and sweat,
ALL APART from young women, i have noticed. I followed one out the other day and her face still looked powder fresh. Some barely look tired

Is this just my experience?
WHY is it? they aren't hugely sporty looking, just pretty younger women.
is it:
A) because they dont work hard
B) young people sweat less
or
C) they are aliens?

I don't usually sweat because the air con cools me down. I get a bit of sweat in my hair but not dripping like some with towels mopping themselves all over.

My first few classes I sweated. I definitely work hard and exhausted by the end!

do you think if you increased your resistance you would?

THere is a woman in mine who has VERY sweaty forearms, these fascinate me

Some people sweat a lot more than others. I don't sweat hugely but I do go purple in the face. Maybe they are not putting the resistance up.....

No idea, I sweat a lot in spin although not on my face, mainly my back and stomach, it's grim

I don't really sweat at the gym (I'm 41). Never have and yes, I push myself hard. I can sit in a sauna and take ages to sweat.

you would look hot ( even if dry ) though after a class

What is wrong with wearing an old t-shirt?

I don't sweat particularly. I don't know why.

My DH and I have a personal trainer and doing the same exercises, normally with me putting more effort in to them, he is dripping in sweat and I barely break a sweat. My PT has commented on it several times! I have no idea why though!

I have a personal rule that I try to implement when going to a spin class - never sit next to a man.
Thank goodness for women who don't sweat much. Beats the spraying sweat that comes off the men. Bleurgh.

Maybe they don't want to look all red and sweaty and so don't push it.

I was told that women don't sweat, they glow!

My friend drips with sweat, partic on the back of her hands.

I view getting a drop of sweat to drip off my nose a badge of honour.

I do notice the young glam types in my classes tend not to over exert themselves.
