Anybody with children who do gymnastics?

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to post, but here goes:

My dd is 7 and loves gymnastics. She trains for 15 hours a week on a women's artistic squad.

Today we had a parents' meeting which raised some questions for me. Quite frankly, I have no background in gymnastics at all so I feel out of my depth and struggle to know how to support her.

I don't understand the grades or competition routes...

Can anyone enlighten me, or direct me to a friendly forum that could help?
