van Gaal admits that winning the title this year would need a miracle.

Then sets about recruiting an Angel..

My team.......Liverpool
Team I loathe....hmm, not the expected Man U, nd clearly he's not a team but I can't stand Jose (sorry CFC fans!)
Dd 'supports' newcastle but actually doesn't have first idea about football but they are her local team and to be fairy hey have been generous with time re school interaction
Thoughts for season..... Cripes I guess we go again!

  1. Arsenal
  2. Chavski
  3. Take them to Arsenal Ladies (they are too young for the main team yet as our season tickets are in the only section of the ground which stands and sings and swears the whole game).
  4. It's tough seeing Fabregas at Chavski this season:

(To the tune of 'You're Just Too Good To Be True')

"Oh Cesc Fab-re-gas
You are the love of my life,
Oh Cesc Fab-re-gas,
I'd let you shag my wife,
Oh Cesc Fab-re-gas,
You're Arsenal through and through!
(And he hates Man U)."

My team - Hull City
Team I loathe - Leeds, Man U. DS would say Arsenal after last season's FA cup final.
DS supports the right team, he has no choice ;)
Thoughts for the season -i'd like Liverpool to win the title. I hope man u do badly as I think the players treated Moyes appallingly last season.

  4. "Rebuilding is a process." But Chelski to win Prem.

BB - tough call, like "cat shit or dog shit sir?" Smile Would like L'pool tonight, to win as they have nooo chance of title.

1.I'm a Chelsea fan.
2.I don't dislike any teams although I've a problem with some West Ham fans.
3.One DC is a Chelsea fan and goes to matches with me. The other professes to be a Gooner. Rehabilitation is a work in progress.

  1. Chelsea will be there or near it in the Prem at the end of the season. We'll have a good Champions League run but won't win again. Van Gaal has a lot to prove and live up to and I hope that MUFC treat him better than they did Moyes and give him a chance to prove himself although I don't think he'll achieve it this season. I want Liverpool to do well. Unusually for a Chelsea fan I'm not a LFC hater.

Welcome, FootballFan. Your Gooner sounds like a good sort. Boy or Girl?

Why not bring them to Arsenal Ladies vs Chelsea Ladies at Borehamwood stadium on Thursday Sept 4th? Sounds like a recipe for family harmony.

Thank you BelfastBloke.

Time, work and circumstance will prevent us from going to Borehamwood but it's something to pencil in for the future.

My Gooner's a girl. I've had to buy her a Gooner hat. It hurt to do that. I keep putting off the requests for a red shirt! Grin

I went to SportsDirect today to buy my son some tiny goalie gloves.

The best ones for size and price were Spurs ones; but that was never going to happen.

I coughed up for a little bit more.

  1. Hull city waves at Acciosanity
  2. Leeds, Man U
  3. Brainwashing and threats
  4. Liverpool or Spurs to win title; for referees to man up to pressure from the top 4 club primadonnas.

  1. Arsenal

  1. Chelski, Spurs and Man U

  1. I took him to the parade and plan to take him to some matches this season. He has the kit. The little one likes her kit too. DH knew that they wouldn't be allowed to support "The Mighty Leeds"

  1. Arsenal for the 4th place trophy. Man U not to improve on last season.
