Teenage DD has decided she has ADD! I laughed at first but now think there may be something in it, however she has managed up to now although struggling with juggling GCSE coursework etc.
The odd thing is I saw the mention of inappropriate running and it struck a chord! My Dad would often be seen well into his 50s having a little run for no apparent reason! We used to laugh about it, especially as I was inclined to do just the same thing (haven't done for some time now though). The reason behind the run we both agree is that we think of something good and run to get to it, this is regardless of the fact it could be something that is happening next week or even something abstract like a good joke.
When we were younger we would jump up and down if we were pleased about something, OK when 5 or 6 but 14?
Thoughts anyone...could this be where DD gets it from?
